Eco-Health Course Bundle
About the Bundle:
The Eco-Health Course Bundle is an option for nurses, CNAs, therapists, and other licensed healthcare professionals who have already received training in the core concept areas of the CELACare Eco-Health Care and/or CELACare Eco-Health Home Health Aide Certificate Programs, (the General Education requirements,) and who would like to have the additional training necessary in order to provide direct care services to clients with environmental illnesses such as MCS, MCAS, mastocytosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, and other associated illnesses.
Application Requirements: (include but not limited to)
- Copy of licensure (as nurse, CNA, therapist, educator, etc.)
- Current resume or CV detailing direct-care experience
- References from current and past employers
How long does it take?
The CELACare Eco-Health Course Bundle is entirely online and must be complete within 6 months from the date of enrollment. Students create their own schedule for study and submit completed coursework online.
The Eco-Health Course Bundle requires completing 2 courses:
- EH08/CC Fundamentals in the Continuum of Care
- EH09/HHA Working with Clients with Environmental Illnesses
A Certificate of Completion in Eco-Health and Environmental Illness Studies is provided upon successful completion of the two courses.
CELA does not accept transfer credit for the CELACare Eco-Health Course Bundle.
Tuition for the Eco-Health Course Bundle is $250 (does not include fees or the cost of any required course books)
All CELACare Eco-Health certificates, including certificates of completion, must be renewed every-other year.
