Pay ICAF/ICAT Tuition

ICAF/ICAT Payment Options

There are three payment options for the ICAF and ICAT Certification Programs:

PayNow-1

Tuition payments can be made IN FULL using the PayNow-1 option. This option is only for students who have NOT received any transfer credits towards their program requirements.

Individualized Payment Plan

Tuition payments can be made according to an individualized payment plan. You must be accepted into the ICAF or ICAT Certification Program and have set up an approved individualized payment plan in advance with Financial Aid to use this option.

PayNow-2

This option is for students who: (A) have received transfer credits and would like to pay their tuition in full; or (B) are making a tuition payment that is not an “in full” amount (i.e., an approved partial payment) but who are not on an individualized payment plan; or (C) are paying an “other” amount, for instance, for a concentration or for a class that is not part of the General Education or Arts Area requirements.

Facilitation Skills Payment Options

There are two ways that students can pay for facilitation skills (the internship and the class): facilitation skills can be paid in full and together with their tuition payment using the PayNow-1 option or facilitation skills can be paid separately from tuition payments.
